ADMISSION TO CLASSES I TO IX

FOR THE SESSION 2008-2009

1. Sale of Registration-Forms will be from 10^th March – 18^th March, 2008 between 9:00 A.M. and 1:00 P.M. (on all working days) at the School’s Reception.

2. Last date of submission of duly filled Registration-forms is 19^th March, 2008, between 9:00 A.M. and 1:00 P.M. No form will be accepted afterwards.

3. Kindly ensure that all the columns in the Registration- form are duly filled and date of birth certificate issued from Municipal Corporation or Village Panchayat to be attached with the form. Affidavit showing the date of birth will not be accepted.

4 Admission Test in English, Maths and General Awareness at the previous level of the class will be conducted on 24^th March, 2008 at 10:00 A.M.

5. Result of Admission Test will be declared on the same day i.e. 24^th March, 2008 at 6:00 P.M.

6. Interviews of selected candidates for classes VI to IX will be held on 27^th March, 2008 at the timing given below :

Class IX 10:00 A.M. – 11:00 A.M.

Class VIII 11:00 A.M. – 12:00 NOON

Class VII 12:00 NOON – 1:00 P.M.

Class VI 1:00 P.M. – 2:00 P.M.

(Both the parents must attend the interview)

7. Interviews of selected candidates for classes I to V will be held on 28^th March, 2008 at the timing given below :

Class V 9:00 A.M. – 10:00 A.M.

Class IV 10:00 A.M. – 11:00 A.M.

Class III 11:00 A.M. – 12:00 NOON

Class II 12:00 NOON – 1:00 P.M.

Class I 1:00 P.M. – 2:00 P.M.

(Both the parents must attend the interview)

8. Final Results for admission to Classes I to IX will be declared on 29^th March, 2008 at 5:00 P.M.

9. Fees to be deposited latest by 5^th April, 2008 and complete all admission formalities.

10. New Students must join the School by 7^th April, 2008.
